Despite Royal Challengers Bangalore are facing the Kolkata Knight Riders at Eden gardens but they will be no lesser in support from the fans. Like the last the Eden was bisected into two halves when these two teams were playing. Kolkata Knight Riders have lost their both last matches due to losing track of the game at the death overs. Their latest loss was that against Gujrata Lions when Suresh Raina and co. Chased the target rather easily. Royal challengers Bangalore at last got the services of universe boss Chris Gayle and were able to triumph over Gujarat Lions by 21 runs posting a target of 213 runs. Both teams will lock horns against each other, while Royal Challengers are placed down at the bottom, Kolkata Knight Riders are among the two top team. 

Last time they played: Chasing a target of 184 runs, Royal Challengers Bangalore won the match rather easily with 9 wickets in hand and 8 balls remaining. Top three batsman of RCB were the top scorer and among runs. Kolkata Knight Riders on the other hand despite putting a show with the bat, were not able to restrict Bangalore and went on to lose the match.

Kolkata Knight Riders: given the opening onslaught provided by Narine, KKR should open with him again and there might be a shuffle between Kuldeep Yadav and Piyush Chawla. Piyush Chawla is more likely to get a game as there are as many as six right handers in RCB line up. Shakib Al Hasan will get a game more despite getting for plenty in the previous outing.

Sunil Narine: he has the best economy rate against Chris Gayle in Indian premier league and will be keen to perform against him. And he has dismissed the big Jamaican four times. Sunil Narine is now even fruitful at the top of the order in batting which is an added benefit.

Chris Gayle: he loves to score runs at Eden gardens and after M Chinnaswamy, Eden gardens is his favourite scoring ground. And has the second best average also on this ground.
